We are seeking an engineering manager to oversee a small technical team and ensure smooth project execution. The role involves team coordination, process management and working closely with different departments to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide 2-3 engineers in their daily work
2. Coordinate project timelines and task allocation
3. Work with sales, marketing and operations teams to gather requirements
4. Improve internal workflows and delivery processes
5. Track project status, risks and pending issues
6. Ensure proper testing, reviews and documentation are completed
7. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
