What we’re looking for
B.Tech graduate (CS / IT / ECE / EEE preferred) with 70%+ throughout (10th, 12th & graduation)
CCNA certified mandatory
0-1 year of experience
Willingness to work EST shift hours (overlap required)
Keen interest in pursuing a career in Network, Security & Automation
Technical skills we value
Strong networking fundamentals
Routing & switching knowledge
Network security basics VPNs, ACLs, NAT
Windows & Linux familiarity
Exposure to NMS tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix) big plus
Python or Bash scripting added advantage
What you’ll do
Real-time network monitoring across enterprise environments
Troubleshoot network and security issues L1 and assisted L2
Support senior engineers on cutting-edge network & security challenges
Update and maintain ticketing system with accurate incident logs
Gain hands-on exposure to greenfield network and security projects
Soft Skills & Attributes
Genuine passion for networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Role Details
Location: Noida, UP
Hybrid 2 days in-office per week (mandatory)
Shift: EST hours overlap required
International travel may be required
Full-Time | Permanent
Probation: 3 months
